All members of our staff - teachers and assistants alike - have undergone a rigorous screening and reference check. Whether being considered for full- or part-time employment, we check for criminal records, request updated immunization and health records, and require they annually renew their First Aid and CPR certification.

Highly qualified, each of our staff members brings extensive experience from previous postings to Children's Magic Moments. All of our teachers are highly trained professionals with ECE (Early Childhood Education) qualifications.

To ensure our staff continues to deliver the standard of care we believe all children deserve, we conduct performance reviews each year to identify individual strengths and weaknesses. Based on the findings, teachers and assistants are often encouraged to take courses that will help them maximize their skills and allow us to deliver optimal care.
